Lavanderia Socks
Lavanderia Socks
Is there anything better than a pretty lacy sock? I think not. Wearing these lovely socks puts that extra pep in my step on dull winter days. The lovely meandering lace pattern takes a laundry basic and elevates it to a whole new level. I welcome the cold when it gives me an excuse to wear something so pretty on my feet!

This sock pattern started out as an experiment in traveling cables. I love the fit and comfort of a plain ribbed sock and wanted to explore what could happen if the ribbing flowed left and right forming diamonds and cables. The left and right socks are mirror images of each other, so put your feet together and a secret diamond is created out of two triangles. Socks really are the perfect blank canvas for design experimentation. Don’t you just love that?
