Sunday Drive
Sunday Drive
Sunday Drive is knit in one piece from the top down with set in sleeves.
Size
Finished Bust, closed: 33 (35, 37, 39, 41, 45, 48, 52, 55)". I recommend choosing a size that matches your actual bust as close as possible. The casual fit is built into the design, too much postive ease and you risk the relaxed fit in the shoulders looking a little droopy.
Yarn
6 (7, 7, 8, 8, 9, 9, 10, 10) skeins TFA PureWash Worsted. 1200 (1300, 1400, 1500, 1600, 1700, 1750, 1850, 2000) yards. Sample shown in Cosmic Night colourway.
Gauge
20 stitches and 34 rows = 4” / 10 cm square on larger needles, in garter stitch after blocking.
20 stitches and 28 rounds = 4” / 10 cm square on larger needles, in stockinette stitch after blocking.

The Sunday Drive cardigan is my version of the perfect weekend sweater. The lush garter stitch and shawl collar keep it cozy while the stockinette stitch sleeves and ribbed hems make it classic. Whether I’m lounging by the fire or enjoying the crisp outdoor air, this is the sweater I want to be wearing! Simple details, lots of texture and a cool construction that results in a great fit, what more could a girl ask for in a sweater?
